Direction For Life

One of the most important requirements for life is direction. A man without direction can be qualified as one living in darkness and such a man can never achieve anything in life. Every man born into this world needs direction to be able to successfully live his life on earth.

This direction is found only in Jesus, the Word of God. In Jesus is life, and that life is the light and direction of men. Every natural man assumes a direction but without Christ, that direction is unto destruction. Scripture tells us “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death” Proverbs 14:12.

As a child  of God, we must be careful not to despise the Word of God. As seen from our bible text above, the Word of God is our medium for direction. The Word of God is so powerful that it shows us where we are, it shows us where we are to be, and it shows us how to get to where we are to be. Without the Word of God, we are without purpose and direction.

We must always make it a constant practice to employ the Word of God. Never take a step without the guidance provided by the Word. Search the scriptures for therein is the direction for your life and the fulfilment of your God given purpose.
