Narrow is the way

Text: Matthew 7:13 AMPC
"NARROW IS THE WAY “Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it. " "

Some years ago, I saw in a vision a multitude walking down a road and as they walked, they had no control of where they were going to, it was like a force was moving them in this direction, and as I looked further, I observed that the road goes off into a dark place that eyes cannot see. While meditating on this vision, the Lord brought this part of our opening text to mind, “…broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it…”

By that part of the scripture, I knew that the road was heading to hell. There were two categories of people I saw; the first set of persons looked battered, they were in chains, but it was an individual movement; and they were thronging in, and it was as though they were moving with speed: it was such a multitude. I discovered by the Lord that this first set are sinners (that is, unbelievers). These are persons that do not know the Lord or do not care to know the Lord, men of other faith that do not have their faith planted in the LORD Jesus, men that are consciously serving the devil and sponsoring the works of darkness/hell. All these made up the first set.

You see, no matter the religious beliefs, freedom of worship and every human argument of how right it is to believe in anything one deems fit as the truth, when every human closes his eyes in death, the reality shows up. Then they would know but cannot make a reverse.

Every other religion in the world agree except for the followers of Christ. Now, there is a battle to remove Christ Jesus from the equation. I would like to re-emphasize that we are not doing religion, we are in a relationship with a deity. We did not seek or love him first, but he came, sought for and died for us, what a LOVE! But not many find him.Matt.7:14 “But the gate is narrow (contracted by pressure) and the way is straitened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are those who find it.”

As we delve deeper into this topic, I will be divulging more of God’s heart for his people “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
