Patterns Of The Spirit

There are several things that we want to pay close attention to in our opening scripture. They are the words LOOK, PATTERN, and MOUNT. These 3 words give life to that scripture. Look talks about see or ensure, make sure that the project is made according to the pattern given. Another phrase for look is to be conscious, let it be your consciousness that what you have seen is what you pursue after.

Why does it have to be in your consciousness? This is because a man’s consciousness becomes the man’s reality. So, what you are not fully conscious about will never become your reality. If in your consciousness are thoughts of failure or defeat, that will keep being your reality. A man is simply the end product of his consciousness. Consciousness talks about your mind. The images that your mind brings to you, that stand in front of you, make up your consciousness and it ultimately creates the voices that you hear and the belief that you will have.

The mount is a place. Moses was making this discuss from this place called a mountain. What this means is that the place of seeing things has to be the mount. That means if the Christian has not start coming to the mountain place, he will not see because it is on mountains that sight is revealed. Certain disciples of Jesus experienced His transfiguration, but this took place on the mount, not on level ground.
