Revelations Of Jesus: THE EAGLE

As the believer stays obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit, he is brought to the third revelation of Jesus: which is as the eagle. The word Eagle represents the working of the spirit, this is where the manifestation of the spirit begins to reveal itself in a believer’s life as he stays yielded to the spirit.

Remember, the manifestations of the spirit and the gifts of the Spirit are quite diverse. The amplified rendering of 1 Corinthians 12:7 reads but to each one is given the manifestation of the [Holy] Spirit [the evidence, the spiritual illumination of the Spirit] for good and profit. The manifestations of the spirit are given for not just the profit of the believer but of the body of Christ as well and these gifts cannot be given to anyone who is not part of the kingdom of God because you see, when a believer has not been purged to the point where he realizes that is life is given for the purposes of God and kingdom, that believer will pervert the gifts of the spirit and use it for his own personal gain.

The Holy Spirit when he has successfully purged your character to be like Jesus, and put your desires to live sacrificially, you begin to see yourself working in the manifestations of the spirit. Your spirit will be constantly plugged into that frequency of the Holy Spirit and there will be manifestations of the Holy Spirit in your life amongst which are the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Divine offices will equally be actualized in your life. It is at this point that the believer begins to minister the different manifestations of the spirit such as healing, working of miracles, word of wisdom etc. This level is characterized by a leading of the Spirit, where the believer is constantly led by God’s spirit.
