The Economy of the Kingdom of Darkness

We have taken a little time to discuss about the economy of the kingdom of God, today I would want to briefly tell you about the economy of darkness. The economy of the kingdom of darkness is operated by LUST.

Concerning the economy of darkness, even the devil himself is a victim of it because he lusted after God’s throne and still does. Every single battle that the world has experienced came because of lust. Whether it is political, national, family or relationship battles, every single chaos has always been funded by this economy.

Lust has different levels and exemplifies itself in three ways according to 1Jn 2:16 “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.” The devil uses the powers of lust to entangle man, either for Fame, Finance or Fornication

James 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Therefore, some believers go through things and you can’t help them, because it’s by their choice. Their starting point was not with the devil, all the devil did was to trigger fleshly things around them so that their lust can be empowered. We live in a generation where things empower lust.  There are things that work in a believer’s life that the devil is not involved yet. The devil is simply waiting for the lust to mature in order to step in. Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed not just because of sin, but mainly because lust took over. In the powers of hell, sin is one, but lust is the foundation of it. They gave themselves over to what is called strange flesh.

There are some emotions that you don’t know where it is coming from but your body wants it, and you know it is not right. Lust will empower what is called strange flesh in any man, that’s why a man or woman would decide to become gay or lesbian or even a trans-gender. The solution to lust is the horn of consecration.
