The Holy Place: ALTAR OF INCENSE (Part III)

As we conclude on the altar of incense, it is pertinent to note that everything you do has got to connect to the altar of incense because you see, the things that connect to God must be like Him. Your consecration must bring you to a place where you are able to raise incense successfully without fail. It is not a coincidence that the altar of incense is just before the holy of holies because you cannot enter unto God with a fragrance that is abominable, it has to be acceptable.

How long do we keep offering prayers of intercession? As long as it takes before the Lord comes. Scripture admonishes us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to Pray without ceasing. The believer has got no choice but to pray and to continue in prayer because our consecration to God has got to be absolute. The bible in Luke 18:1 tells us And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

Remember, Aaron the priest offered incense every morning and evening without fail to God. In the same vein, you are the priest over your life. Every single day of your life, prayers has got to be offered, it is your spiritual service to the Lord and has a large bearing over your life because the more incense you offer by your prayers, the more the influence over your life will be solely of the Lord. Pray and do not faint.
