Wait On The LORD
We learned yesterday that how wisdom knows that you’re passionate about it is when you seek after it continuously until you find and not when you get weary and tired of seeking. The next big question then is how do we seek and seek continuously? Our answer lies in scriptures in Isaiah 40:31. It says but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Hallelujah!
You seek after wisdom by waiting on the Lord. How? This has nothing to do with our corporate gatherings though they seek to help in driving you to seek God personally. In waiting on the Lord, you spend time praying, fasting and studying the word of God until He comes to you. Know this, the Holy Ghost is the quickest being to accessing the wisdom of God. Scripture tells us in 1 Corinthians 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
So while you are going about serving in God’s house and other activities, ensure that you are actively waiting on the Lord. When the inspiration of the Almighty comes upon you by His Spirit, suddenly you will gain access to this wisdom and when God launches you out, you will run with the greatest speed ever. As you wait upon the Lord this year, newness will be your daily experience.
